American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient/Inpatient rehab unit, requiring 1+ years of experience and a South Carolina PT license.

Details

• Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient rehab unit
• Day shift schedule: 5x8 hours, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Possible holiday coverage required
• May float within scope to like units or sister facilities as needed
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; outpatient experience preferred, inpatient experience also accepted
• Current BLS certification required (AHA certifications only)
• SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at start of contract; license required if applicable
• Prior travel experience required
• Outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
• SSN and driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Pewter scrub color required
• Free on-site parking provided
• During hurricane season (June-November), all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams
• First-time travelers not accepted for this position
• Previous MUSC perm or PRN staff must be separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Local candidates within 60 miles of the facility are not accepted; non-local candidates are prioritized
