American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in an outpatient/inpatient physical therapy setting with a day shift schedule and no call requirement.

Physical Therapy unit in a hospital setting
Shift schedule: Monday/Wednesday 10:30am–7:00pm, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm (2 late days closing at 7:00pm are required; schedule open to some negotiation)
13-week contract
No call requirement
Day shift position

Requirements

Current PT license required (license required if applicable)
BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
DOB and SSN required for consideration
Experience with the facility's EMR system required

Additional Information

DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) certification required; can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource
Local candidates are accepted for this position
Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification will be conducted within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration

Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
