American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 20-week travel contract working Monday through Friday daytime hours.

Details

• Home health setting using a home care-based model
• Adult patient population requiring skilled physical therapy services
• Caseload of 6 patient visits per day
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No weekend or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required; home health experience preferred
• Adult health care experience required
• Current MD PT state license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license and SSN card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
