• Located in Missouri; compact license accepted

Requirements

• Active OTA license required for Missouri (license required if applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year of OTA experience required
• LTC or SNF setting experience required
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• New graduates will be considered provided they have completed a Level II fieldwork experience (Level I observation experience alone is not sufficient)
• No more than 7 days of RTO may be requested
