Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full Indiana state licensure during the assignment
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked for ATI as PRN or permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
