Description

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week evening/night shift assignment at an academic Level 1 Trauma children's hospital.

Details

• Pediatric inpatient respiratory therapy unit at a children's hospital
• Evening/night shift, 12-hour shifts from 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• One 12-hour on-call shift (19:00–07:30) per 6-week schedule
• 36 hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a staff Respiratory Therapist
• Both pediatric and adult respiratory therapy experience required
• Experience in an academic Level 1 Trauma center or similarly sized hospital required
• Graduation from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
• Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required if applicable
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, PALS, and NRP
