American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with inpatient rehab and outpatient experience, CA licensure, and Epic proficiency for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment.

Details

• Inpatient Rehabilitation unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Average daily census of approximately 10 patients
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• One weekend day required per week
• Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required
• Outpatient SLP experience required
• Active California SLP license required; pending license accepted
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• CCC-SLP certification required if applicable
• License required if applicable
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from this facility
• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment
• All RTO requests must be disclosed prior to submission; requests made after submission or offer may be denied
• Grey scrubs required
• Failure to float when required may result in assignment termination
