American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a travel contract in an outpatient physical therapy setting in Ardmore, OK.

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active PT license required at the time of consideration; license required if applicable
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local candidate rate adjustment
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts; after completing 3 consecutive contracts, a minimum 1-year separation from the facility or transfer to a location outside the 50-mile radius is required
