American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital position working day shifts with adult and geriatric populations using Epic EMR.

Details

• Acute care hospital inpatient setting
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend shifts, with 3–6 weekend shifts per contract
• Epic EMR used for documentation

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• Prior acute care experience required; first-time travelers with acute care clinical rotation experience may be considered
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
• Current certifications must be provided
• Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Additional Information

• The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana; a positive result will result in immediate cancellation with no exceptions
• Candidates should avoid all substances that could cause a positive drug screen result prior to and upon arrival, including CBD products
• First-time travelers will be considered if they have prior acute care clinical rotation experience and comfort in the acute care setting
