Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience, including OASIS and HCHB proficiency, for a 13-week travel assignment covering Snohomish and Skagit County in Washington State.

Details

• Home health setting serving the Snohomish and Skagit County territory
• Primary patient population is geriatric
• Expected caseload of 5–7 patients per day with 6 visits daily and a minimum of 30 productivity points per week
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with no weekend or on-call requirements
• Travel territory extends up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory coverage is expected
• Weekly or bi-weekly visits to the main office required for team meetings, supplies, and admission packets
• EMR: HCHB experience required
• OASIS experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• OASIS competency required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Must be willing and able to travel within a 60-mile service territory
• Timely documentation and communication skills are essential

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel rate
• Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
• An iPad is provided for use during the assignment; a personal cell phone is not required
• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
